Frustrating Real Estate Market!

I thought that it would be rather cathartic to have a forum where Connecticut's home sellers and buyers could voice their concerns, ask questions about today's market, etc... I have been in Real Estate for over 10 years, and I have learned that the "Customer is ALWAYS right.. " With that being said, I'd love to hear what people have to say about todays market... I have several sellers who are very frustrated with this market, as it has simply become stagnant! The Media has portrayed us as being in a "Decline" causing the buyers to sit and wait for prices to drop... However, CNBC and other economists have projected Connecticut to have an increase over last year, of 1.2 %. All I know is that so far, this year, the market is at a stand still. What do you want out of this market to get it moving again? I want to hear from you!!
